Welcome to Scada3k Documentation
Scada3k is a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system designed to monitor and control industrial machines. It provides a real-time dashboard for operators and multiple robust interfaces for machine communication, including TCP, Snap7, and OPC UA.
The system operates as a secure, isolated server running on Revolution Pi hardware, ensuring industrial-grade reliability and security within your PLC network.

Key Features
- Real-time Dashboard: Monitor machine states, view historical trends via Grafana, and control parameters directly from a web interface.
- Maintenance Planning: Schedule and track recurring maintenance tasks for your machines directly within the system.
- Multiple Interfaces:
- TCP Communication: Simple and efficient text-based protocol for machines to report data and receive commands.
- S7 Server (Snap7): Acts as a virtual Siemens S7 PLC, allowing integration with standard industrial equipment via S7 Protocol.
- OPC UA: Standardized industrial communication protocol for secure and reliable data exchange.
- Prometheus Integration: All data is automatically exported to Prometheus for long-term storage and alerting.
- Grafana Visualization: Embedded charts directly in the dashboard for instant insight into data trends.
- Access Control: Granular permissions (Read-Only, Write-Only, Read-Write) for each data point (Node).
Getting Started
- For Operators: Check the Dashboard Guide to learn how to monitor and control machines.
- For Integrators:
- Read the TCP Server Protocol to learn how to connect your machines using our custom protocol.
- Check the S7 Server guide for standard S7 communication.
